glueing rubber wood

What is the best glue to stick this wood?

I have a chair and the joints work loose after a bit...most annoying. I
have tried PVA and another wood glue earlier...Now I am trying liquid nails.

gorilla glue as seen on tv availble from place makers, mitre ten,
will stick rubber to meteal to wood to people you name it, also has
good gap filling properties.

Resourcinol or a 2 pot epoxy woodworking glue.

I have tried niquid nails on one, I have another will try the 2 pack on
that and see which is the betteer fix.

Clean all the crap off and use a 2 part epoxy type clue, and leave it for 3
days..
